Return Policy

At TSA Tech Limited, we are committed to providing quality products and service to our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also understand that there will be times when products may need to be returned. If the product you purchased is found to be faulty, and it is within warranty, we will meet our obligations and repair it for you. If the product is unable to be repaired, we will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund (the price of your purchasing that not including shipping cost) . Please be aware that all returned items must be in their original unused condition (unless faulty), with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

Follow these simple steps to return your item(s):

Return at store

  1. Complete the Return Form online
  2. Bring your faulty item to our store along with your proof of purchase and the completed Return Form

Return by courier

  1. Complete the Return Form online
  2. Please make sure the faulty item is packed safely accompanied with the completed Return Form and proof of purchase
  3. TSA Tech Limited will cover the cost of the courier, so we will be emailing you a courier ticket
  4. Please stick the courier ticket onto the box and contact courier company on online to pick it up

*TSA Tech will cover the shipping fee for the return of goods found to have breached a consumer guarantee. However, if after inspection and the goods are found to not be in breach of any consumer guarantee, TSA Tech may charge an examination fee and shipping fees.

Time Frame

We will process most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We will send an email confirmation once your return is processed.

What if my goods were damaged in transit?

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item(s) returned back to us and either replace, repair or refund. The damaged item(s) must be returned in their original conditions i.e. with all the original packaging and invoices.

What if I ordered the wrong thing online?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, don’t worry we will be happy to do an exchange for you. Just give us a call, or simply return it to our store. If you are sending it back by courier, you will need to cover the cost of the delivery fee. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and in its original unopened packaging with proof of purchase. If the packaging has been opened, then a 20% restocking fee is applied.

Please note, TSA Tech Limited will not accept the return of items due to a change of mind or if the item is misused or damaged in any way. If your items are a special order specifically made for you, we cannot accept the return of them either. But if the goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated to you), we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
